WHEREAS the Founder is desirous of creating the Trust that will bridge the generational gap to increase participation of youth and older persons in inter-generational programs as the cultivation of these relationships will be mutually beneficial.

THE VISION AS FOLLOWS

Bridging the generational gap through inter-generational programs and simultaneously promoting quality education with Christian values, for example, financial support of NGOs with values similar to ours.

Coordinating efforts to get older persons involved so that they can impart wisdom and cultivate relationships with the younger generation where many grew up in unstable and difficult circumstances and can benefit from relationships with older persons and the guidance they can offer. The elderly will also find purpose and fulfillment in these relationships. An example of this is a holiday club or involvement with the organisations e.g. Life Community services where the elderly can be involved in doing activities (e.g. teaching children how to knit or do woodwork, helping children with their homework after school, etc.) with the younger generation. As Andy Rooney said, “The best classroom in the world is at the feet of an elderly person”.
